The Administration would come to the Council at a future date with a formal budget amendment to move funding to the Grant fund and distribute freed up General Fund monies. 4 Ordinance 52 of 2020 adopted 11-17-20 (BA4) revised ordinance Final Audit Report 2020-12-07 Created:2020-12-01 By:Scott Crandall (scott.crandall@slcgov.com) Status:Signed Transaction ID:CBJCHBCAABAAq5i68arFRtlWNmEJ3okydw3QGW7nHvc3 "Ordinance 52 of 2020 adopted 11-17-20 (BA4) revised ordinanc e" History Document created by Scott Crandall (scott.crandall@slcgov.com) 2020-12-01 - 2:54:06 PM GMT- IP address: 204.124.13.151 Document emailed to John Vuyk (john.vuyk@slcgov.com) for signature 2020-12-01 - 3:00:20 PM GMT Email viewed by John Vuyk (john.vuyk@slcgov.com) 2020-12-01 - 3:26:01 PM GMT- IP address: 204.124.13.222 Document e-signed by John Vuyk (john.vuyk@slcgov.com) Signature Date: 2020-12-01 - 3:26:29 PM GMT - Time Source: server- IP address: 204.124.13.222 Document emailed to Ben Luedtke (benjamin.luedtke@slcgov.com) for signature 2020-12-01 - 3:26:31 PM GMT Email viewed by Ben Luedtke (benjamin.luedtke@slcgov.com) 2020-12-02 - 9:25:58 PM GMT- IP address: 204.124.13.222 Document e-signed by Ben Luedtke (benjamin.luedtke@slcgov.com) Signature Date: 2020-12-02 - 9:42:01 PM GMT - Time Source: server- IP address: 204.124.13.222 Document emailed to Jaysen Oldroyd (jaysen.oldroyd@slcgov.com) for signature 2020-12-02 - 9:42:03 PM GMT Email viewed by Jaysen Oldroyd (jaysen.oldroyd@slcgov.com) 2020-12-02 - 9:45:18 PM GMT- IP address: 204.124.13.222 Document e-signed by Jaysen Oldroyd (jaysen.oldroyd@slcgov.com) Signature Date: 2020-12-02 - 9:45:31 PM GMT - Time Source: server- IP address: 204.124.13.222 Document emailed to Chris Wharton (chris.wharton@slcgov.com) for signature 2020-12-02 - 9:45:33 PM GMT Email viewed by Chris Wharton (chris.wharton@slcgov.com) 2020-12-04 - 6:01:48 PM GMT- IP address: 73.20.17.210 Document e-signed by Chris Wharton (chris.wharton@slcgov.com) Signature Date: 2020-12-04 - 6:01:55 PM GMT - Time Source: server- IP address: 73.20.17.210 Document emailed to Erin Mendenhall (erin.mendenhall@slcgov.com) for signature 2020-12-04 - 6:01:58 PM GMT Email viewed by Erin Mendenhall (erin.mendenhall@slcgov.com) 2020-12-07 - 5:18:20 PM GMT- IP address: 97.117.80.158 Document e-signed by Erin Mendenhall (erin.mendenhall@slcgov.com) Signature Date: 2020-12-07 - 5:18:34 PM GMT - Time Source: server- IP address: 97.117.80.158 Document emailed to Cindy Trishman (cindy.trishman@slcgov.com) for signature 2020-12-07 - 5:18:36 PM GMT Document e-signed by Cindy Trishman (cindy.trishman@slcgov.com) Signature Date: 2020-12-07 - 6:49:27 PM GMT - Time Source: server- IP address: 204.124.13.151 Agreement completed. 2020-12-07 - 6:49:27 PM GMT
