011 of 2020 - Zoning Map Amendment 480 E 6th Avenue O 20-1 P 20-6 SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE No. 11 of 2020 (Amending the zoning map pertaining to a parcel of property located at 480 East Sixth Avenue to rezone the parcel from SR-1A Special Development Pattern Residential District to SNB Small Neighborhood Business District) An ordinance amending the zoning map pertaining to a parcel of property located at 480 East Sixth Avenue to rezone the parcel from SR-lA Special Development Pattern Residential District to SNB Small Neighborhood Business District pursuant to petition number PLNPCM2018-00813. WHEREAS, Thomas G. Hyatt of Smith Hyatt Architects (on behalf of the property owner Sixth Avenue Properties, LLC) submitted an application to rezone a parcel of property located at 480 East Sixth Avenue from SR-lA Special Development Pattern Residential District to SNB Small Neighborhood Business District pursuant to petition number PLNPCM2018- 0081.3; and WHEREAS, at its November 13, 2019 meeting, the Salt Lake City Planning Commission held a public hearing and voted in favor of forwarding a positive recommendation to the Salt Lake City Council on the application; and WHEREAS, after a public hearing on this matter, the city council has determined that adopting this ordinance is in the city's best interests. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. Amending the Zoning Map. The Salt Lake City zoning map, as adopted by the Salt Lake City Code, relating to the fixing of boundaries and zoning districts, shall be and • hereby is amended to reflect that the parcel located at 480 East Sixth Avenue (Tax ID No. 09-31- 431-014-0000), more particularly described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, is rezoned from SR- 1 A Special Development Pattern Residential District to SNB Small Neighborhood Business District.
