Result I AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance conllirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Ninth South Street between Hain and
Fifth East Streets, in Paving Districts Nos. 28 and 62.(Paving
Extension No. 111), for the purpose of providing for the
grading, curbing and guttering, constructing drainage system,
storm sewer and private driveways, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt "Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equaliza-
tion and review, of the property in Lots 1 and 22, Block 1; 1
and 22, Block 2, Linden Park Subdivision, Block 21; 19 to 66,
inclusive, Block 1, Central Place Subdivision, Block 21; 11 and
12, Block 20; 12, Block 22, all in Five Acre Plat "A-", Big Field
Survey, abutting on the south side of Ninth South Street, between
Main and Fifth East Streets, in Paving Districts Nos. 28 and 62
of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading,
storm sewer
curbing and guttering, constrnctin;; drainage system„anti private
driveways, and paving said portion of said street, is Thereby
confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one lay after
its first publication.
