AN ORDINANCE
Result - .
AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX and for the assessment of
property in Paving District No. 32 (Paving Extension No. 207)
for the purpose of removing binder and asphalt wearing surface
and repaving South Temple Street from "E" Street to Virginia
Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assess-
ment of the same upon the property hereinafter described in
Paving District No. 32 (Paving Extension No. 207) for the purpose
of removing binder and asphalt wearing surface and repaving
with \Varrenite bitulithic pavement thereof, to-wit:

Haxton Place of Blk. 57, Lots 5 & 6 of Blks. 58 and 60,
Lots 5 to 8 incl. of Blocks 59 and 61, Lot 6 of Block 62,
Plat B; Lots 1 and 2 of Blocks 1 to 9 incl. of Plat r;
Lots 5 and 6 of Blocks 33, 34 and 36, Lots 5 to 8 incl.
of Block 35, Plat F; and Lots 1 and 2 of Blocks 1 to 8
incl., of Plat F; Salt Lake City Survey; in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
This tax is levied to defray the expense of removing
binder and asphalt wearing surface and repaving with a Warren-
ite bitulithic wearing surface One and one-half (12) inches
thick, two strips (one on'eachside) on South Temple Street
