That a certain tract of land intervening between Blocks 45 and 46, 10 Acre Flat "!z", Big Field Survey, halt Lake County, Cfrt Utah, shown on the records in the County Recorder's office as a 'N street, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the a. L.
