Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That alleys between 18th and 19th East Streets and Harvard Avenues, in Block 3, Colonial Heights Subdivision of Blk. 28, 5-Acre Plat 'C', Big r'ield Survey, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Blk. 3, Colonial Heights Sub. of Elk. 28, 5-Acre Plat tCt, Big field Survey, thence west 595 ft., thence S. 45° V. 7.07 ft., thence south 114 ft., thence west 12 ft., thence north 250 ft., thence east 12 ft., thence south 114 ft., thence S. 45° E. 7.07 ft., thence east 595 ft., thence south 12 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian ways.
