Be it ordained by the Boerd of Commissioners of Salt hiRe
City, Utsh;
SECTION 1. Thet Section 103 of the Revised Ordinances of Sa t
Lake City of 1905, as emeded by on ordinance passed by the Board
of Commissioners of Solt Lake City, Utch, September 5, 1912, duly
publii:hed September 6, 1912, :if thereafter effective, be, and

SECTION 103. IT:11,17YUL 0 ETC. It hcal bz
unlawful for eny person to erect or construct any sign, sign-
post, sign-board, mood or metal owning, permanent advertise-
ment, arch or eny other structure, above, over, in or upon
any street, sidewalk or public Paley of Salt Lake City, with-
out first obtaining a permit so to do from the Board of Com-
missioners of sFid city, end furnishing en indemnity bond in
such sum cc ma.y be fixed by the said board. Such bond shall
be apProved by the Bosrcl of Commissioners End filed in the -
office of the City Recorder. Apoliis tion for such permissio:
