Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance oonfirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described, on West 7aokson Avenue which extends east
from Seventh West Street between North Temple and First North
Streets, in Sewer District PTo. 2, for the construction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as correoted, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,
of the property in Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8, Block 62, Plat "C", Salt
Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of West Jackson Avenue
whioh extends east from Seventh West Street between North Temple and
First North Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portion of said
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance sh 11 take effeot one day after
