Green Neslen Scheid Mr. Chairman _- Result _ AN ORDINANCE An ordinance amending Section 1292 of Chapter 58 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to telegraph, telephone, street railroad, electric wires and poles. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 1292 of Chapter 58 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to telegraph, telephone, street railroad, electric wires and poles, be, and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows: SECTION 1292. APPLICATIONS. All applications for permits to erect poles must be in writing addressed to the City Engineer, must be signed by the person desiring to erect the poles therein specified, must state the place or places where it is desired to erect poles, and must be accompanied by a fee of one dollar and fifty cents for each pole, permission to erect which is applied for. Such application must be left with the City Engineer and filed in his office. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one days after its passage.
