Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Twelfth East street from Third to Fifth South
Streets, in Paving District No. 27 (Paving .-:::tension No. 168), for
the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and guttering with
concrete, constructing drainage system to carry water along and across
streets and intersections, constructing driveways and private driveways
and paving with bituminous concrete.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board. of Commissioners of dolt Lako
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City Treas-
urer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of the
property in Lots 2 to 21 incl. of 31k. 2, irieh's Sub. of did. 25,
Lots 1 to 11 incl. of Blk. 2 Steele's Sub. of Blk. 18, Lots 17 to PA incl.
of Blk. 2, East Bench Sub. of &k. 18, Lots 1 & 8 of Bid:. 19, and Lots
1, 6, 7 & 8 of Blk. 22, all in Plat F, Salt La is City Survey, abutting
on both sides of Twelfth I.�st Street from Third to Fifth South streets in
Salt Lake City, Utah , for the purpose of providing for the grading, curb-
ing and guttering with concrete, constructing drainage system to carry
water along and across streets and intersections, constructing driveways
and private driveways and paving with bituminous concrete, is hereby
confirmed and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists
are hereby confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
