SECTION I Chat Section 1013, Chapter XVI, Revised Ordi— nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners on May 21, 1923, relating to clerks and deputies in the office of the City Recorder, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the seventh paragraph of said ' ()Section to read as follows.
