Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 1360, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to traffic, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SEC. 1360. HOW LONG T.TAY STAND. (a) No person shall between the hours of 9 o'clock a. m. and 6 o'clock p. m.,ex- cept on Sundays and legal holidays, allow any vehicle to stand longer than one hour upon any street in the business districts in Salt Lake City, or upon any street in any con- gested area in the residence district established hereby or hereinafter established by the Board of Commissioners of said city; provided that licensed practitioners of medicine, any licensed osteopath or licensed chiropractor who displays the metal tags, one on the front and one on the rear of a vehicle, and who pays the annual fee hereinafter provided may park any vehicle used in his profession not to exceed three hours in any such business or congested district now or hereafter created. The License Assessor and Collector shall annually provide metal license tags and filing cards and cause to be engraved thereon the year of issue, the word "Medical'', and each such tag and card shall also'be numbered in the order of issue. Upon the payment of $'5.00 annually, the License Assessor and Collector shall issue to any person qualified as hereinabove provided metal tags and record on the filing card the name, tag number, address, office address, make of automobile and license number, 610 -2- and 1i file and preserve said card in his office. Said license shall expire at the end of the calendar year. ITEM ONE. There is hereby established in the resi- I dential district a congested area, the boundaries of which are as follows: Both sides of University Street between First and Third South Streets.
