AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-1 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to compensation to
be paid various appointed officerpof the City in various departments
thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Line 4'`of Subdivision (g) of Item 2 of
Section 25-8-1, as amended by Bi11No. 86 of 1957, passed November 17,
1957, relating to compensation to be paid One Assistant City Attorney,
be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
"4. One Assistant City Attorney -- $6,000.00"
SECTION 2. The foregoing compensation shall be effective as
of February 21, 1958,
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
- Lake City that this ordinance become effective ixDsclthattriclxyr. immediately.
SECTION 4, This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah
this 25th day of February, 1958.
