AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF 13TH EAST STREET to the name
of RICHMOND STREET from 27th South Street, south to the City Limits
of Salt Lake City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the name of 13th East Street from 27th South
Street, south to the city limits of Salt Lake City, be changed and the
name shall hereafter be known and described as Richmond Street, said
street being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is east 117 feet from the
northwest corner of Lot 24, Block 6, Highland Park Plat "C",
Salt Lake City Survey, said point also being on the southerly
right-of-way line of 27th South Street and running thence S.
1°52'18" W. 153.08 feet; thence along a 6°15' curve to the
right in a south-southwesterly direction 177 feet more or less
to the west line of Lot 10 of said Block 6; thence south 24
feet to the southwest corner of Lot 10, said point being the
northerly right-of-way line of Claybourne Avenue; thence south-
westerly 71 feet more or less to the westerly right-of-way
line of existing 13th East Street; thence S. 89°53'27" W. 57
feet more or less along southerly right-of-way line of said
Claybourne Avenue; thence approximately S. 37°45' W. 62.2 feet;
thence approximately S. 46°45' W. 77.4 feet; thence S. 37° W.
182 feet more or less to the existing westerly right-of-way line
of Highland Drive; thence N. 59° W. 22 feet; thence S. 37°39' W.
68.7 feet to the center line of Charlton Avenue; thence S. 25°
07' W. 37.7 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of said
avenue; thence southwesterly along an 8°39' curve to the left
180 feet more or less to a point of tangency; thence approxi-
mately S. 12°15' W. 91 feet more or less to the south line of
Lot 11, Block 27, 10 Acre Plat "A"; thence southerly 219 feet
more or less to the southerly right of way line of Crandall
Avenue; thence S. 1°32' E. 325 feet more or less; thence
southerly 47 feet more or less to the south right-of-way line
of Zenith Avenue; thence S. 1°32' E. 117 feet more or less;
thence approximately S 4°30' E. 36.07 feet; thence S. 1°32' E.
84 feet more or less to the northerly right-of-way line of
Hudson Avenue; thence approximately S. 2°52' W. 40 feet more or
less to the southerly right-of-way line of said avenue; thence

more or less to said westerly right-of-way line of said
Highland Drive; thence approximately N. 39°15' E. 75 feet more
or less to a point on a 25 foot radius curve to the left, the
center of which bears approximately N. 15° E.; thence easterly
along said curve 24.5 feet more or less to a point of tangency
with an 8°15' curve to the left; thence north-northeasterly
along said curve 675 feet more or less to a point of tangency
with a 25 foot radius curve to the left; thence northerly
along said arc 11 feet more or less to said northwest corner
