An ordinance amending Section 22 of an ordinance creating the
office of City Poundkeeper, passed by the City Council July 28th,
1902, and approved by the Mayor July 31st, 1902.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of off ordinance creating the office of
City Poundkeeper, passed by the City Council July 28th, 1902, and
approved by the Mayor July 31st, 1902, is hereby amended to road
as follows:-
Section 22. The City Poundkeeper shall furnish a bond in the
sum of five hundred ($000.00) dollars with sureties, to be approved
by the Mayor, conditioned for the faithful discharge of his duties
and the pre*pt and full payment of all moneys coming into his
possession.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
