AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by ADDING a new subsection (n)
relating to educational incentive and EMT and Paramedic differential
pay.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
ADDING a new subsection (n) relating to educational incentive and
EMT and Paramedic differential pay, as follows:

(n) Compensation provided for under subsections (h) and
(m) of this section shall be payable to employees otherwise
eligible thereunder for periods of employment commencing
May 1, 1978.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
• publication.
