Result. AN ORDINANCE
B.n ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on the west side of Eighth sect Street
from Thirteenth South Street to a point 1655 feet south of
Thirteenth South Street, in Sidewalk District No. 45 (Sidewalk
Extension No. 187) , for the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
equalization and review, of the property in parts of Sections
11 and 14, Township 1 south, riange 1 west, Salt Lake Base and
Meridian, abutting on the west side of Eighth west Street from
Thirteenth South Street to a point 1655 feet south of Thirteenth
South Street, in Sidewalk District No. 45, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing a cement sidewalk upon said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments
made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
