Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the alley and public right of way between I-80 Freeway and Warnock Avenue (6th and 7th East Streets) , more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 16, Forest Dale Subdivision of Block 43, 10-Acre Plat "A", B.F.S. and running thence Westerly to the Northwest corner of Lot 23, said Block 16; thence North 22.22 feet; thence West 58.75 feet; thence North to the State Road; thence Easterly to the West line of Block 7, said subdivision; thence South 32.00 feet; thence East 120.00 feet to the West line of an alley, said Block 7; thence North to the State Road; thence Easterly to the East line of an alley, said Block 7; thence South 29.00 feet; thence East 120.00 feet to the West line of Green Street; thence North 27.00 feet JF to the State Road; thence Easterly to the East line of Green Street; thence South 30.00 feet; thence East 155.00 feet to the West line of an alley, Block 8, said Subdivision; thence North 45.00 feet to the State Road; thence Easterly to the East line of an alley, said Block 8; thence South 52.00 feet; thence West 10.05 feet; thence South 19.79 feet; thence West 12.40 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all ekisting rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing, removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
