AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding in and to said section, the following:
"The following described real property in a Residential
"R-6" District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as an Industrial "M-1A" District and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Beginning at a point in the center of a public alley
which point is 165.0 feet east and 52.9 feet south from
the northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 23, Five Acre Plat
"A", Big Field Survey, thence south 72.5 feet to the
north side of Brooklyn Avenue; thence east 552.74 feet to
the west side of First West Street; thence north 72.5 feet;
thence west 552.74 feet to the point of beginning.
