Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the southwest portion of the intersection of Penrose Drive and Military Way, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of Lot 1, Bonneville On The Hill Plat B, a subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, T.1 N., R.1 E., r.k� S.L.B. & M.; and running thence S 49° 21' 17" E 42.63 , `(S' '" feet; thence southerly along the arc of a curve to the right (radius 25.00 feet, bearing S 40° 38' 43" W) 33.28 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence southerly along the arc of a curve to the left (radius 315.28 feet, bearing S 63° 06' 46" E) 147.79 feet to a point of curve intersection (tangent at said point of intersection bears S 0° 01' 43" W) ; thence northerly along the arc of a curve to the left (radius 387.71 feet, bearing N 89° 58' 17" W) 180.44 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 1; thence N 54° 20' 53" E 45.37 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
