AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of Ramona Avenue between 20th
and 21st East Streets, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the portion of Ramona Avenue between 20th and
21st East Streets, more particularly described as follows, be, and the
same hereby is, under the conditions below, vacated and declared no
longer to be a public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or
pedestrian way:
Beginning at a point 90.25 feet N. 0°11'30" E. of the
Southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 7, 5 Acre Plat "C",
Big Field survey and running thence N. 89°49'10" W.
449.990 feet to a point of curvature with a 428.0 foot
radius curve to the right; thence Westerly along the arc
of said curve 110.208 feet to a point of reverse curva-
ture with a 372.0 foot radius curve to the left; thence ,-
Westerly along the arc of said curve 95.788 feet to a c-;Et -,
point of tangency; thence N. 89°49'10" W. 72.279 feet;
thence N. 0°11'30" E. 56.00 feet; thence S. 89°49'10"
E. 72.269 feet to a point of curvature with a 428.0 foot
radiius curve to the right; thence Easterly along the
arc of said curve 110.208 feet to a point of reverse
curvature with a 372.0 foot radius curve to the left;
thence Easterly along the arc of said curve 95.788 feet
to a point of tangency; thence S. 89°49'10" E. 450.00
feet; thence S. 0°11'30" W. 56.00 feet to the point of
beginning. Contains 0.936 acres.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to the following:
1. That a separate adequately illuminated pedestrain walkway be
provided and maintained by the propety owner traversing the entire
length of the property.
2. That use of the parking lot by pedestrians as a walkway be
prohibited by the property owner.
3. That the parking lot with entrances on 21st East Street be
physically separated from the parking lot with entrances on 20th East
Street so that it will be impossible for cars entering on 20th East
Street to exit on 21st East Street at any time.

4. That all organized recreational activities be prohibited at
all times in the park-like area included in the property vacated here-
under.
5. That said vacation is subject to all existing rights of way
and easements of all public utilities of any and every description
now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described
property and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose
of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing, removing or rerouting
said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 8th day of August, 1974.
