An ordinance amending and re-enacting an ordinance amending Section 273 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, March 12, 1906, and approved by the Mayor of Salt Lake City, March 13, 1906, and adding a net section to Chapter XXI to be known as Section 2'75a. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That an ordinance "amending and re-enacting Section 273 of the Revised Ordinances of salt Lake City of 1903", passed by the City Council March 12, 1906, and approved by theMayor March 13, 1906, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: SECTION 273. THRP3 GARBAGE DISTIICTS. There shall be and there are hereby established within the limits of Salt Lake City three (3) garbage districts to be known and designated as Garbage District No. 1, Garbage District No. 2, and Garbage District No. 3. The Board of Health is hereby empowered to employ not ex- ceeding fourteen (14) men, each with team and wagon, to remove garbage from said districts at an expense not exceeding foura4a/ ($4.6) dollars per day for every day actually employed at such work. SECTION 2. That a new section is hereby added to Chapter XXI of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, to be known as Section 275 a, as follows: SECTION 275a. BOUNDARIES OF GARBAGE DISTRICT NO. 3. Garbage District No. 3 shall comprise that portion of Salt Lake City bounded on the north by the south side of Ninth South Street, on the east by the city limits, on the south by the citytlimits, and on the west by State Street. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
