An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described in Canyon Road from a point 50.2 feet north
of the city monument of North Temple Street to Third Avenue, thenol
in and along Canyon flood to Second North Street; also in Fourth
Avenue from Canyon Road to A Street; also in an alley east of
1Canyon Road from Fourth Avenue to Fifth Avenue, in Sewer District

Be it ordrined by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake

SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
1 Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Suit Lake City, sitting as a board of eclualizetiori
and review, of the property in Lots o and 4, Block 43; 1 and 2,
Block 70, Flat "D"; 9 and 10, Block 4, Plat "I"; 4 to 10, iiicluaiv4,
Block 3, 21€t "K"; in Section 31, Tovnship 1 north, Range 1 east,
Salt Lake Base end Meridian; 1 to 9, inclusive, Canyon Road Sub-
division, being part of Section 31, Tounehip 1 north, Ran:se 1 east;
Salt Lake Base and Meridian, abutting on both aides of Fourth
Avenue bei:'een Canyon Road and A Street; on both sides of Canyon
Road betoen Fourth Avenue and Second North Strcet, anc, on the
east side of an alley between south and Fifth Avenues, in Serer
District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for tie purpose of cons rrcting;
