Mr.Chairman • / Result i AN ORDINANCE / r- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 of Title 20 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding thereto four new sections, 20-7-26, 20-7-27, 20-7-28 and 20-7-29, relating to licensing of consumable products. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter 7 of Title 20 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to licensing of consumable products, be, the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto four new section, 20-7-26, 20-7-27, 20-7-28 and 20-7-29, to read as follows: "Sec. 20-7-26. Candy factory - license required. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of candy manufacturer or processor without first obtaining a license to do so. "Sec. 20-7-27. License fee. The license fee for ca manufacturing and processing shall be twenty-five dollars per annum. "Sec. 20-7-28. Eggs. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any plant which packages eggs for resale or that manu- factures egg products without first obtaining a license to do so. "Sec. 20-7-29. Id. License fee. The license fee for the packaging of eggs for resale or the manufacture of egg products shall be thirty dollars per annum." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is neces- sary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub- lication.
