AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, _
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by, Section 51^-12-2
of the.Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended,
relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby
164 amended as follows:
"The following described real property in a Residential 'R-2'
District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby zoned as a
Commercial 'C-3' District and the Use District Map is amended and
changed accordingly:
Commencing at the southwest corner of 21st South and
Lincoln Streets; thence south 194 feet along the west line
of Lincoln Street; thence west 305.2 feet to the east line
? - of 9th East Street; thence north 194 feet along the east

line of 9th East Street to the south line of 21st South
I' Street; thence east along the south line of 21st South Street
305.2 feet to the point of beginning."
"The following described real property in a Residential 'R-2'
District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby zoned as a
Commercial 'C-1.' District and the Use District Map is amended and
changed accordingly:
Commencing at a point in the west line of Lincoln Street, said
point being 194 feet south of the southwest corner of 21st
South and Lincoln Streets; thence south 294 feet along the west
line of Lincoln Street to the north line of Elm Avenue; thence
west 305.2 feet along the north line of Elm Avenue to the east
line of 9th East Street; thence north 294 feet along the east
line of 9th East Street; thence east 305.2 feet to the point of
beginning.
