AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Streets from the west line of
A Street to the center line of N Street, and on both sides of' all
cross streets from A Street to M Street, inclusive, and on the west
side of N Street between the north line of Third Street and the
north line of Sixth Street, not previously included in a sidewalk
extension, in Sidewalk District No. 24, for%the construction of
cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
a8 cerrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and RevieW, heretofore duly appointed by/the City Council fur that
purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of Fourth, Fifth and
Sixth Streets from the west line of A Street to the center line of
N Street, and on both sides of all cross streets from A Street to
M Street, inclusive, and on the west side of N Street between the
north line of Third Street and the north line of Sixth Street, in
Sidewalk District No. 24, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of
constructing cement sidewalks upon:3,-paid portions of said streets,
is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
