' guttering and curbing, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
""•1 SECTION 1. That.the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved. and completed by the Board of Equalization an
Reviaw,,,;heretorore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose,
of:the property in Lots 1 and 4, Block 15; E' aad 3, Block. 16; 2 and 3,
Block 41; and 1 and.. 4; Block 42, all in Plat Sur-

f; vey, abutting on both sides of A Street between`Ftrst and Third Ave-
nues, in Paving District No. 30, £atcxthl of Salt Lake City, for the
11 purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing, and
paving of said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the
assessments made end returned in :said completed lists are hereby
confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
