An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described on B Street between First and Third Avenues, in i vin
District No. 30, for the purpose of providing for the grading, gutter
ing and curbing, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as 'corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpos ,
or the property in Lots 1 and 4, Block 16; 2 and 3, Block 17; 1.-:and 4,
Block-41 and 2 and 3, Block 40, all in Plat "D", Salt- Lake City Survef,
abutting on both sides`'ol' B Street between First and_Third Avenues,
in Ravine District No. 3O, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of pro-
viding for the grading, guttering and curbing, and paving of said por-
tion of snid. street, is hereby confirmed, and tho sosessments at.de and.
