An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described. in the district bounded on the north by
Eleventh South Street, on the east by Fifteenth East Street, on
Lithe south by Twelfth South Street, and on the west by Third East
lStreet; also on the east side of Fifth East Street between Bryan
Avenue and Eleventh South Street, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 29
and 44, for the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
(Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalizatio
and review, of the property in Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13,

Block 3; 27, Block 4; 1 to 4, inclusive, Block 5; 1 to 4, inclusive,

purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon said portions of
said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
, returned in srid completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
j its first publication.
