AN ORDINANCE repealing an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners ofSalt Lake Cityr, July 27, A. D. 1920,
confirming the levy of a tax for the assessment upon the pro-
perty abutting streets in Westmoreland Place in Paving District
No. 32, Paving Extension #154, for the purpose of grading,
curbing where curbing is not already constructed, guttering,
constructing drainage system to carry water across and along
streets and intersections, constructing private driveways,
installing water services and sewer connections a.ndpaving
with bituminous concrete.
BE IT ORDAIITED BY THE BOARD OF CO.::ISSIONERS OF
SALT LAEE CITY, UTAH:
Section 1. It appearing to the Board of Com-
missioners that an ordinance heretofore passed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, July 27, A. D. 1920,
confirming the levy of a tax for the assessment upon the pro-
perby abutting streets in Westmoreland Place, in Paving Dist.
#32, Paving Ext. #154, for the purpose of grading, curbing
where curbing is not already constructed, guttering, construct-
ing drainage system to carry water across and along streets and
intersections, constructing private driveways, installing
water services and sewer connections and paving with bituminous
concrete, is defective and inadequate to confirm the assessments

upon the property sought to be assessed for saidimproverment and for
that reason said assessment is void and of no effect, said ordinance
is hereby repealed and declared of no effect.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
