AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 6-2-2, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to grave site prices.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 6-2-2, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1965, relating to grave site prices, be, and the same
hereby is, amended to read as follows:
Sec. 6-2-2. Price. The price for each grave site
sold in the various locations within the city cemetery shall
be as follows:
All West Plats, except West Plat 5 $190.00
All Park Plats 190.00
All X Plats 190.00
West Plat 5 140.00
All newOly developed areas 190.00
Remainder of cemetery 165.00
All infant grave sites 70.00
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt La City, Utah,
this 15th day of August, 1974.
