AN ORDINAIICE CONFIRMING TAB+', ASS SSki;NT upon the property
hereinafter described on Edison Street between Eighth and Ninth
South Streets, in Paving District No. 28, (Paving Extension No.
170), for the purpose of grading, constructing integral curb,
driveways and private driveways, installing sewer connections and
paving with concrete.
BE IT ORDAITIID by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equaliza-
tion and review, of the property in Lots 3, 6, 2 and 7 of B1k.2,
Plat A, Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Edison
Street between Eighth and Ninth South Streets in-Paving District
No. 28, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of grading, con-
structing integral curb, driveways and private driveways, instal-
ling sewer connections and paring with concrete said portions
of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION II. This orcd nance shall take effect one day
after its first rubli.cat ion.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah this 'IOth day of Aunust, . D. , 1920.
