AZ ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described on both sides of all north and south streets from the
south side of South Temple Street to the north side of Third South
Street, from Second East Street to Tenth East Street, both streets
inalusiya, in Paving Districts Nos. 27 and 28, for the purpose of
providing for the curbing and guttering thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as serrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that liurpos“ ,
the property in Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, Block 50; 1 and 8, 8laak;,55;

a, 7 .and 8, Block 44; 4 and 5, Block 57; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 56;
and 4 and 5, Block 43, all in Plat "B", Salt Lake City Survey, abut-
Iting on both sides of Ninth East Street between South Temple and Thir

South Streets, in Paving Districts Nos. 27 and 28 of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of providing for the curbing and guttering of said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
