Be it ordained by the I oard of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that ortion of Fairfax Avenue and Penrose Drive, more particularly described lasfollows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no lon er to be public property to be used as a street, alley, avenue or pe estrian way: Beginning at the no theasterly corner of Lot 43, Block 13, Unrecorded Plat of Bonneville on the Hill, a subdivision of part of Section 33, T1N, R1E, S.L.B. & M., and running thence S. 26°36'06" E. 257.55 feet to a point of tangency; thence southwesterly along the arc of a 28.98 foot radius curve to the right 42.50 feet to a point of reverse curva- ture; thence southwesterly along the arc of a 588.29 foot radius curve to the left 67.77 feet to a point whose tangent bears S. 50°53'08" W.; thence S. 39°06'52" E. 5.0 feet; thence northeasterly along the arc of a 583.29 foot radius curve to the right /2.41 feet to a point of reverse curvature, whose tangent bears N. 57°59'58" E.; thence northeasterly along the arc of a 3.41 foot radius curve to the left 49.80 feet; thence N. 26°3,6'06" W. 257.55 feet; thence S. 63°23' 54" W. 10.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made xpressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all pu lic utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities an all of them. SECTION 2.
