between Fifth West and Eighth West Streets, in Sewer District No. ii,
for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained. by-,the City Council of Selt Lake City, Uteh:
5EGTION 1. That the aesesselent list : de by the City Treasurer
as correeted, aeerovea and. coreeleted by the Board. of.'2,quO.lz at ion and
Reviow, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the eroperty in Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 61; 1, 4, 5, 5, 7
and 8, Block 46; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 63, all in plot "A", Salt Lake
City Survey, abutting on the east side or Third Web Street between
Second. South and. Third South Streets; on the west side of Fourth West
Street between Third South and Fourth South Streets; on the east side
of Fifth West Street between Second South and Fourth South streets;
and on the south side of Third South street between Fourth West and.
Fifth West Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, of Selt Lek City, for
the eureoce of coestructing sewers upon said portions of said streets,
is hereby confireed, end Vie aeseeemente wade and returned in said
comeleted lists are hereby confirmed.
