AN ORDINANCE.
An ordinance amending Section 836 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, July 1, 1913, relating to
salaries of officers in the Law Department.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1.That Section 836 of the Revised Ordinance of Salt Lake City,
1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners,
July 1, 1913, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read;aa
follows:
Sec. 836. Compensation. The compensation of the City
Attorney shall be 03,000 per annum
The compensation of the Assistant City Attorneys shall be
$2,400, $2,000 and $1,700 per annum, respectively.,
Said salaries shall be payable monthly as are the salaries
of other City officers.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
