Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described in the territory between Third South and
Ninth South, and Ninth East and Thirteenth East Streets, in Paving
District No. 27, for the purpose of providing for the grading,
and curbing and guttering thereof, and constructing drainage system
therein.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer,
as corrected, approved and oompleted by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and retie'',
of the property in Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 13; 1 and 2, Block 20;
1, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 15; 8 to 17, inclusive, Block 2; 8 to 17,
inclusive, Block 1, East Bench Subdivision, Block 18; 5 and 6,
Block 14; 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 19; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 16, all in
Plat ^F^, Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of Fifth
South Street between Tenth East and Thirteenth East Streets; and
on both sides of Thirteenth East Street between Fifth South and
Sixth South Streets, in Paving District No. 27, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose or providingfor the grading, and curbing end
guttering thereof, and construoting drainage system therein, is
hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed lists are hereby confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
