BE IT ORDAIN aD by tha Board. of Commis s 1 one rs o ]alt Lake
City, Utah:
SUCTION I. That Section-1570 Revised Or diOrdinances of Cult
Lake City, 1920, be, and the same is hereby arrended to read a.s
follows:
Section 1570. It shall be unlawful for tine owner,
keeper, manager of, or employee in, any public billiard hall
or pool hall in Salt Lake City, to allow or permit sun billiard
hall or pool hall to be or remain open for business between
the hours ofu4e'tr o'clock P. II. of any day and szt= .`.. U. of the
following day.
SECTION II. In the opinion of the board. of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health aad suety of the inhabitants
of `ialt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective
immediately.
