AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Subsections (c) and (d) of Section 123 of the
Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955,
relating to angle parking and restrictions thereon.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah;
SECTION 1 . That Subsections (c) and (d) of Section 123 of the Traffic
Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to
angle parking and restrictions thereon, be, and the same hereby is, amended
to read as follows;
"Sec. 123. * * '6
(c) Between the hours of 11 :00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of
the following day, no vehicle shall be angle parked
in any area designated for angle parking which is
of such length that said vehicle blocks the use of
a marked traffic lane.
(d) In no case shall any angle parked vehicle extend
from the curb or edge of the roadway a greater
distance than 1/3 of the width of the roadway."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City this 14th
day of February 1962.
