AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and to said section four (4) new paragraphs to be known as Items 44, 45, 46 and 47, as follows: "ITEM 44. The following described real property in Residential "R-6" classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Residential "R-5" classification and the Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: Parcel 1: Commencing at a point in the north line of Block 22, Plat "J", Salt Lake City Survey, said point being 150 feet west of the Northeast corner of Lot 12 of said Block 22 and thence South 0 degrees 00 minutes 47 seconds East 1170 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of Victory Road; thence Northwesterly along the Northerly line of Victory Road 1340 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 24, Plat "J", Salt Lake City Survey; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes, 13 seconds East B00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, more particularly described as all of Blocks 22, 23, 24, 13, 14 and 15, Plat "J", Salt Lake City Survey.
