AN ORDINANCE
Result
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and
to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 71 as follows:
"ITEM 71.
"The following described real property in Residential "R-6"
Classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
changed to Business "B-3" Classification and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Beginning at a point which is 66.0 ft. North of the
Southeast corner of Block 5, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey,
thence West 132.0 ft., thence North 82.5 ft., thence East
132.0 ft., thence South 82.5 ft. to the point of beginning,
being the South half of Lot 37 and all of Lots 38 and 39,
Block 1, Walker Subdivision of Block 5, Plat "A", Salt Lake
City Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tract of land from Residential
"R-6" classification to Business "B-3" classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 14TH day of March, 1967. ,.
