AN ORDINANCE VACATING a part of Marion Boulevard, Salt Lake City,
Utah:
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That that part of Marion Boulevard, more particularly
described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and no
longer declared to be public property for use as a street, avenue,
alley or pedestrian way:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block ✓ i�
7, Kinney & Gourley's Subdivision, a subdivision $' -
of part of Section 23, T.l N., R.l W., Salt Lake
Base and Meridian, and running thence North 483
feet; thence S. 23° 25' 54" E., 477.80 feet; thence
South 44.60 feet; thence West 190 feet to the place
of beginning.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des-
cription now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above
described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon
for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing,
removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 14th day of February, 1974.
