Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
eeix SECTION 1. That Section 30-6-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to fees for visa letters, be, and the Ve
same hereby is, amended as follows:
Sec. 30-6-2.. Fee. There shall be a charge of $4.0'0 to the
applicant for the search and letter, which fee is to be collected
by the Chief'of Police •in':advance of the preparation of the'
letter and which is to be credited to Budget No. 32-J-41.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 23rd day of January, 1979.
