AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 24-1-15.3 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to capital
improvements appropriations.
Be it ordained by the City; Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 24-1-15.3 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to capital improvements
appropriations, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
Sec. 24-1-15.3. Capital improvements appropriations
pursuant to adoption of the 1979-80 capital improvements
fund budget, the City Auditor is hereby directed to establish
appropriations for the following capital improvement
projects in the amounts specified as follows:
Public Works
Restoration City/County Building $250,000
Blackhawk (Research Park) 200,000
Boy Scout Drive - Phase I 75,000
50/50 Sidewalk Rehabilitation 270,000--
13th South/Foothill Drive 20,000
Computerized Traffic Control 2,161,000
Railroad Crossings 902,000
High Hazard 274,500
llth Avenue Flood Control - Phase II 200,000
Skyline Drive Storm Drain 100,000
Lee Creek Pump Station 60,000
Rose Park Pump Station #8 30,000
Public Safety

These appropriations are effective until project comple-
tion, unless such projects are not started by June 30, 1980.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect on the date
of its first publication.
