AB ORDIN.LECE COITFIATAING the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Seventh 1,'!est from Third to fifth South
Street in Paving District Po. 29 (Curb h Gutter Extension
38) for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and
guttering thereof, constructing waterways to carry water along
and across streets and, intersections, constructing story sewers
and private driveways.
BE IT 02JLAINCD by .the hoard of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list flale by the
City Treasurer, as corrected, approved and c ompleted. by the
Board of Commissioners of halt Lake City, sitting as a board
of equalization and_ review of the !iroberty in Lots 26, 27 of
both Blocks 1 and 2 of Coates Lb Corum'3 Sub. of Block 26;
Lots 1 and 52 of b oth blocks 1 and 2 of Coates Lb Corrum's Sub.
of Block 27; Lots 1, 6, 7 Lb 8 of Block 34 and. Lots 4- 5 of
Block 35, all in :Plat C, Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on
both.sides of Seventh ,:•lest from Third to Fifth South Street
in Paving District No. 29, halt Lake City, nah, for the pur-
pose of providing for the grad , ciu!bing and guttering thereof,
constructing waterways to carry ,:.ater alonL• and acrods streets
