AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-6-10 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to additional employees within the
law department.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Section 25-6-10 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to additional employees within the
law department, be, and the same hereby is, ameded to read as follows:
"Sec. 25-6-10, Additional employees. The board of commissioners
may employ such other persons as said board may deem necessary to
perform duties in the law department, and for such length of time
and at such compensation as may be fixed by said board."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, healthand welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
19th day of December, 1961 .
