AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Use District Map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, as amended,
relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same
hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in a Residential
"R-4" District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned a Residential "R-2A" District and the Use District Map
is amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Block 99, Plat 'C',
Salt Lake City Survey, thence east along the north line of
6th North Street 676 feet; thence north 3 deg. 57 min. 14
sec. east 491.18 feet; thence north 20 deg. 06 min. 52 sec.
east 225.05 feet to the no access line of Interstate 15;
1?. thence north 26 deg. 05 min. 10 sec. west 893 feet, more
N or less, along the no access line to a point 66 feet north
and 54.5 feet east of the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block
106, Plat 'C', Salt Lake City Survey; thence west 384.5
feet; thence south 1,517.80 feet along the east line of
8th West Street to the point of beginning."
