AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 20-18-43 of the Revised Ordinan es
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to license fees for circuses
and carnivals.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 20-18-43 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to license fees for circuses
and carnivals, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as.
follows:
"Sec. 20-18-43. Id. License fee. The license fee for
the license required by the preceding section shall be ten
dollars for each performance; said sum of ten dollars to
include payment for license for all side shows connected
with such performance and one parade upon the streets of
Salt Lake City for each day covered by said license."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this loth day of September, 1974.
