That Sections 5 9nd 11 of an Ordinance granting a franchise to the Salt Lake & Ogden Railway Company, approved September 7th, 1905, be and the same are hereby amendediso as to read as follows: Section 5. Cars shall be run over the dole of Said line or lines at least once every hour between G A. I. a'nd 10 P. M., or as often as public necessity may ,.require, Unless prevented by floods or snows, or any other unavoidable accidents. This franchise being granted for the purrpse of i=_-a.:rurban traffic, the said grantee shall not be re- quired or permitted to transport passengers between points situate within Salt Lake City, Section 11. That whenova• the City Council shall find it necessary or desirable to grant any other railroad company a franchise over any of the streets herein granted, the grantee herein shall allow necessary arrangements over grantees tracks to such other company making equitable payment for constructing, maintaining andoperating the portion of said grantees track so used: PROVIDED, that south of Ninth North. Street no new tracks shall be laid on any street where two tracks already exist. If in consequence of any arrangement or agreement between the grantee and any other company having a franchise for main- taining,* and operating lines of street railway upon the streets of Salt Lake City, it shall became necessary or convenient to place new or additional sidings, switches, turnouts, curves, poles, lines or other railway con- , strpction to enable grantee to run its cars under this franchise upon the tracks of such other company, ej.ther the grantee herein or such company shall have the right to construct, maintain and operate such additional sid- ings, switches, turnouts and curves with the poles and wires necessary therefor. SECTION 2.
