Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:

SECTION 1. That alley between Stratford Avenue and 27th
-;" South Street and 18th East Street and Melbourne Street in Salt Lake
City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 22 .7, Highland,
Park Plat A, a subdivision of part of Sections 20',gnd 21, T.
1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M.; running thence east 36 ft, to
olthe southeast corner of Lot 2275, said subdivision; thence
south 11.67 ft. to the northeast corner of Lot 2276, -Staid'
subdivision; thence west 236 ft. to the northwest corner of
Lot 2266, said subdivision; thence north 11.67 ft. to the
point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no lodger to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject tp all existing
p"" rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every

description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property and also subject to the right of entry
thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replac-
ing,removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall tal effect upon its
